Fees And Surcharges

All bookings scheduled between 10pm-6am will have an Off-Peak Hours Surcharge of $25 added  to the reservation.

Bookings scheduled with a pickup from a concert, sporting event or any event without a exact scheduled pickup time in the late night hours, will have an additional $35 added to the reservation.

When the 15 minute grace period (60 Minutes For Airport Arrivals) of the scheduled pickup time is expired, Wait Time (Overage Time) of $25 for the sedan and $35 for the SUV is added to the rate for an additional 15 minutes. 

Child Car Seats are available upon request for an additional $25.

If Meet and Greet service for the airport arrival is requested, the driver will meet the clients in terminal or baggage claim area with a sign and help with any luggage while walking to the vehicle in parking garage. 

When the booking is scheduled on any of these following dates, there will be an additional $25 added to the reservation.

-Memorial Day

-July 4th

-Labor Day

-Thanksgiving Day 

-Christmas Eve between the hours of 6pm-11:59pm 

-Christmas Day 

-New Year's Eve between the hours of 6pm-11:59pm 

-New Year's Day 

We require a minimum 24 hours advance notice for Sedan and SUV orders, and a minimum of 72 hours advance notice for the 14 pax Executive Van orders to avoid any charges.

Fuel surcharge will be added to all bookings starting March 1st 2022. Due to the ongoing increase to fuel prices, we unfortunately have to add this at this time and will be monitoring the average fuel price per gallon in the state of Illinois. 

If the Illinois average gas prices drop below $3.50 a gallon for regular unleaded fuel, the fuel surcharge will come off.
