Billing: Total amount will be charged to the card on file (unless other payment method was requested) once the service has been completed.
Car Seats: Car seats will be provided upon request for an additional fee.
Cleaning: The client assumes full financial liability for any sanitation and damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. Sanitation fee is $250.00.
Damages: The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party.
Drugs & Alcohol: Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles.
Lost Items: Not responsible for articles left in the vehicles.
Overages & Wait Times: Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet. For all Airport Arrivals there is a 1 hour waiting time limit from when the flight has pulled up to the gate. If the client has not contacted Ariston Coach Inc within that time limit, the reservation will be considered as a no show and will be charged for the full amount.
Passenger Behavior: The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)).
Pick-up/Drop-off Locations: ALL AIRPORT ARRIVALS ARE STANDARD CURBSIDE PICKUP UNLESS MEET AND GREET SERVICE HAS BEEN REQUESTED. Please collect your entire luggage and call or text us at (773) 295-2220 or (800) 840-0959.
Seating Capacity: Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles.
Trip Updates: There is at least a 4 hour minimum notice required for all changes or cancellations for all local trips, airport arrivals and point to point scheduled reservations. There is at least 8 hour minimum cancellation notice required for all long distance trips (over 50 miles). There is at least 24 hours minimum cancellation notice for hourly service.. In the event that the scheduled pick up does not show or does not cancel at least 4 hrs (local) , 8 hrs (over 50 miles) and 24 hrs (hourly service) before scheduled pickup time, there will be a charge to the credit card on file or the full amount.
