We understand that our clients have no control over flight delays and cancellations and we do our best to accommodate all situations. Therefore if a flight gets delayed please contact us immediately so we can update the scheduled pickup time. As we try to accommodate every single situation and understand these unfortunate situations we hope our clients will do the same as all our chauffeurs work on a pre arranged schedule every day.
We require a minimum 24 hours advance notice for Sedan and SUV orders, and a minimum of 72 hours advance notice for the 14 pax Executive Van, long distance and hourly charter orders to avoid any charges.

Our vehicles are no more than 3 years old with most being within a year or two old if not newer. Every vehicle is immaculately maintained.
